Increased safety, smaller margin errors and improved overview with MultiArchive

The Norwegian bank and insurance company JFG has implemented a nationwide, unified solution including a centralized mail and e-mail archive solution and workflow for the caseworkers. The solution has generated huge savings and is estimated to make a profit within two years.

Details

JFG offers favorable banking and insurance propositions to employees in railroad related businesses in Norway, to retired employees, children and grandchildren. The company is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, and has regional offices in seven Norwegian towns.

Prior to the implementation of MultiArchive; an Intelligent Document Management solution from Multi-Support, the primary objective was to increase efficiency throughout the company by implementing intelligent document management. Since then the objective has been more than fully achieved.

With MultiArchive, the customers today experience an increased response time and even more detailed answers. The processing of cases is less dependent on key employees and the bank and insurance company anticipates a return on investment (ROI) in less than two years. Furthermore, the company economizes among other things on paper, postage, staff as well as stockroom costs.

Bjørn Melbye, head of IT, is a happy man. Investing in MultiArchive has resulted in various improvements: Increased safety, smaller margin errors and improved overview to name but a few. “We are extremely content with our electronic archive solution. In the long term this solution equals great savings,” Bjørn Melbye concludes.
